cant run test on simulators using appium after upgrade to xcode 12 beta

after install xcode 12 beta using xcversion and running test oin simulators i got this error


Safari cannot open '"0.0.0.0:4723/welcome'" after 1.830s because of: simctl error running 'spawn'

removing xcode clean the machine and downgrade to old xcode doesn't solve the issue
