I need to push a profile from Apple Configurator 2 onto my Apple TV 4k but I need it to show as a supervised device before I can do this. The process had worked fine on tvOS 13 but, after moving to 14, the device preparation fails and I see an error saying "Configurator could not perform the requested action because "Bedroom" has already been prepared" with the options Stop and Erase
I've tried the Erase option and also tried doing a reset via the settings, but I still see the same error.
Anyone know what I can do remove the previous preparation or another method to supervise the device?
