PhotoPicker bypass the photo setting

With the use of PhotoPicker, my App doesnt need to care about the photo setting in Settings>myApp>Photos, right?
I notice that setting wouldnt affect photoPicker at all. Whatever I chose, the result ends up the same.

Yes.

You don't need to request library access to use PHPickerViewController. In fact, we strongly encourage you to use PHPickerViewController without requesting library access. For more information, please refer to the WWDC session.
