Free Provisioning Profile Limitations

So I used to have a paid developer account only to be able develop and install apps for personal use.

When the free provisioning profile came I dropped it and tried to use it, but as the 7 day limit was abnoxiously short, I simply gave up.

Now, quite some time after, I had to test some code from someone else on my device and I can't see the expiration date info, at least in the same place.
Have the rules changed again?

I've tried before and tried again now, but I cannot find an official "apple.com" link about limitations of the free provisioning profile: not only about the expiration date (if it still exists) but the entitlements and such that can be used...

Thanks

not only about the expiration date (if it still exists) but the
entitlements and such that can be used

I’m not sure about the first point but the second is covered by the Advanced App Capabilities article. The first column shows what you can do with a Personal Team.
