Print and PDF export in Apple Mail doesn't work

Printing and/or exporting mails in Apple Mail doesn't work. Every try results in a blank page except the email header.

I tried several things: reset of printing system and envelope index in Mail, deleting caches etc.

Does anyone has a tip? Or is it a bug in the latest macOS 11.2 beta, that cannot be solved easely?
