When the system upgrade to 14.2+,excute [VTCompressionSessionEncodeFrame] but maybe not response. After this,I Kill the process,then restart and excute [VTCompressionSessionCreate] which costs 10 seconds and return error code,moreover media service reset. How to resolve this problem?
