How often does the "Always" Location Permission Warning Message Reappear?

When a user authorizes "Always" location services permission to an app, a warning message appears a few days later asking for confirmation of that permission:


"Weather" has been using your location in the background. Do you want to continue allowing this ?

After this first warning, how often-- if ever again-- is this warning presented to the user?

I get what you want and thought that once granted, it doesn't ask again (barring re-installs, etc.)...at least that's how it works on my apps that use location services.

When that user goes into Settings/<yourAppName>, what is selected for location tracking/nofitifcation there?
