Simulator doesn't open when running builds on xCode sometimes restarting helps but this is happening more often than not now. Any help would be appreciated!

I have solved this myself hurrah!
All that needs to be done is to revert back to Xcode version 12.4 as this is a bug in 12.5 only. You can download 12.4 here https://developer.apple.com/download/all/

Here is some further information for the issue!
Xcode Version is 12.5 macOS Version is Big Sur 11.3 All simulators are affected sometimes changing the simulator I can get it to run however it is still not working as it should. Target version 14.5 for the app is however I have tried 13 as well Simulator does not launch at all when running the build. No errors appear in the issues navigator
