It appears that you are seeing a report that Metal is disabled in the application you are using. If this is an Apple software product you are referring to, please file a report in Feedback Assistant. Otherwise, you may need to contact the developer of the application for additional help with your question. This message appears like it might be from Google Chrome? If so, then the message you are seeing may just mean that the application is not using Metal, and does not mean that Metal is disabled on your system.
