Kernel panic while debugging after I upgraded to Big Sur 11.4

Hi, After upgrading to Big Sur 11.4 every time I try to debug a program in IntelliJ or VSCode I get kernel panic: panic(cpu 4 caller 0xffffff8000e9fa2e): "zone_require failed: address not in a zone (addr: \0xffffffa0cf25be98)"@/System/Volumes/Data/SWE/macOS/BuildRoots/e90674e518/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/xnu/xnu-7195.121.3/osfmk/kern/zalloc.c:1218

Any one else encountered that problem? I couldn't find any solution

Hi, Found out it was Carbon black that caused the problem, once we updated its version, the panics stopped stopped
