Error fetching subscriptions on CloudKit Console

I'm unable to fetch Subscriptions in both the Development and Production environments in the new CloudKit Console. Just shows the following message;

Error fetching subscriptions. There was a problem with your request. Please try again later.

Has anyone else got this problem or know of a fix? I really don't want to have to reset the container and delete all of my testers data in the hopes that it might fix the problem.

I am facing a similar issue. I got the message "failed to fetch user partition. There was a problem with your request". I am also unable to fetch changes again. The app has been using this database for over 2 years without issues and this error suddenly pops up without touching the CloudKit code. I can't even see any error log in Xcode's console. It's really frustrating because I have been unable to work on CloudKit for a while.

About a week ago, CloudKit stopped fetching changes on the app my team is working on. I filed a TSI and I was told to test with the latest OS and beta releases too and file a bug report based on my results.

Before upgrading to the beta release, changes were still not fetching. After upgrading to the beta release and using it to test, changes began to fetch. I tested on previous iOS versions too and it now works.

I'm not sure why it started fetching again, but I think I needed to connect the CloudKit database with the iOS 15 beta release which activated fetching back. Fetching issues has been solved but I still have no idea how.
