Hi.
I am not an experienced developer. I have a simple question and i thank you for taking time for it.
An extended keyboard has a ten key keypad on it's right end. The numeric keys in that section (event.keyCode) in most applications developers air them as functional duplicates of the 0-9 keys in the Querty section (event.charCode).
However, Logic Pro's default Key Commands has specifically assigned the numpad 0 key to stop the transport. If you depress the other 0 key, the command does not engage
I am making a one/off DAW button matrix for a recording studio using Arduino, and i need to duplicate that key command.
I've been browsing for a few hours and cannot find any information how i might accomplish this decoding, and when attempt calling the unique numpad 0 ASCII code (96) during a keydown operation, or 128 during a keypress. it's not responding.
Any help you can point me to wold be greatly apprecaited. thank you
