VTDecompressionSessionCreate returns error code -12913 but I could not find much info about this error. Can anyone tell what possible reasons could be?

I found two explanations from google: one says it is resolution incompatibility of videoToolbox, and the other says lack of memory cause this error. I have used ffprobe to check my video resolutions, I think they are in standard ones, 1440 * 1080, 1920 * 1080.
