macOS Big Sur 11.4 Xcode Version 12.5 (12E262)
We released a new app last week. Our testers have reported a crash in the post-release app. Previously, I would grab a .crash or .ips file from my iPhone and run xcode's "symbolicate crash" to see the simplified logs.
https://support.apple.com/ja-jp/HT202100 I noticed that there is a service that allows the developer Xcode to know the crash status by sending the log to the Apple server without having to manually retrieve the crash log from the iPhone. However, as you can see in the attached image, despite several crash reports, the crash page of xcode organizer shows "No Carsh Logs" and no logs are coming.
Do I need to make any additional settings in Xcode or iPhone?
