UIScrollview Not Scrolling Horizontally in inside UITableview - Works fine in Xcode11 Not in Xcode 12

Hi , I'm using Xcode 11 currently and i have Horizontal Scrollview inside the TableView . After Change Project To Xcode12 ScrollView Not Scrolling And When I Tapped view(inside the scrollview) App Crashing Here's the Error : [NSPlaceholderString initWithValidatedFormat:validFormatSpecifiers:locale:arguments:error

Note : Works Fine in Xcode11
