Is PG Admin 4 the app you're developing, or an app you've downloaded and are trying to install?

If it's the latter, you may want to ask your question in Apple Support Communities which geared toward customer-level questions, rather than developer-level questions.

If you are asking from a developer perspective, you'll need to provide more information about how you're building the installer.
