When i tried downlaod Command_Line_Tools_for_Xcode_12.5.1 from https://download.developer.apple.com

I got a error:

The following error was encountered: Connection Failed

The system returned:     (71) Protocol error

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

what should i do .....
