I run an e-commerce website for a retailer who also has shops. I would like online account holders to be able to have a card in their apple wallet that allows them to identify themselves in our physical stores. When a customer creates an online account they are assigned a customer ID. This ID would be used instores to reduce waste and generating paper receipts. Instead the receipt would be stored in the wallet. It would also allow them to easily identify themselves rather than doing do verbally or having to type in an email address or customer ID. Does anyone have any experience of doing anything like this and can you point me in the direction of documentation to do so? Thanks for taking the time to read.
