How to revoke and delete a certificates in "Pending Approval" status?

There's a certificate listing in my "Certificates" list with "EXPIRATION" indicating "Pending Approval". The only option to this item is "Revoke". If I click it, I'll got an error "The specified resource does not exist".

How to remove this non-exist resource?
