 Need support to implement feature to capture Signal strength of cellular network in an application NetQ-UG, which is authorized & hosted by Uganda Communication Commission (UCC - https://www.ucc.co.ug/ Uganda Government regulator) on Apple App Store. Kindly support if any APIs are available to implement this feature to capture Signal strength of cellular network, which will help UCC Government to analyze mobile network coverage and quality of service provided by cellular network operators.

What is your precise technical question ? What is your code so far ? Please show code and explain what the problem is.
