We cannot get crash details with Xcode13.0 for a crash on a centain day with specific app version

We downloaded the crash data file through Xcode12, from which we can get the number of crashes in a certain version of the app on a certain day. After upgrading to Xcode13, we can no longer parse the crash data of a specific version on a certain day from the downloaded crash data file named distributioninfo.json.My setup is Xcode 13.0, macOS Big Sur 11.5.2; As a result, our Xcode crash analysis report lacks detailed data of a certain day, also impact track the crash data of a specific app version.
