I tried to deployed it on my watch. But the console shows that “The Internet connection appears to be offline.” and I confirmed that my watch has connected to the internet. I tried the following methods:

The reason is people can't operate network permission directly on their watch and they only can operate it on the Watch App on the iPhone.
