We’ve made no announcement about that.
We do understand that there are still some things that you can do with BSM but can’t do with ES. If you’re dependent on such things, make you have an enhancement request in place with all the details.
And if you do file an ER, please post your bug number here, just for the record.
Finally, I’m will note that the goal of ES is to replace both KEXTs and BSM, and one of those has a much more significant stability impact on the system than the other (-:
