I Googled almost everything about Kit's photo, read the documentation from apple, but still can't figure out how I can get all the albums from the album "Places"?

This is currently not accessible through the PhotoKit API. I'd recommend filing a feedback report with details about your usecase.
Thanks for the answer! I'm making a phone cleaning app and I want to help users easily delete and sort photos. And I would like to use the album of the place for these purposes.
