App getting crash without crash reports and crash is occurs in particular devices. Crash not occurs in simulator.

Can you clarify what you mean by this?

FYI, the on-device crash reporting system will only deliver crash reports to Apple, and hence to you, if the user has opted into that. So it’s not uncommon for there to be more crashes than crash reports.
