Game clash of clan

Hello , I have a problem with clans of clan to get my old village back with Game Center. Every time I tried to make connection with my game to Game Center, it says "no connection with Game Center server. So I can get my game back. But on iPhone settings I see that it is already login to gamecenter only the game clash of clans is not connected to Game Center. I have iOS 10.2. Can someone help me to solve this problem? Thanks
