I can't find anything, hard to navigate...what was the point, I am about to give up trying to use it
And even raising this POST i useless, it forced me to choose a Place to assign this post to and the I only had 3 options available to me and none of them were correct.

I chuckle. The correct forum for this is listed under "Other", not Xcode / Continuous Integration and Source Control.
I am very happy to see the old forums dead; I don't understand how they could be the most broken forum I've ever used, and yet, be for Apple's developers. 😕
I agree with Twoater the whole interface is cumbersome. I wish there were a better way to browse the whole thing. The archives have a more familiar feeling, although it is only for old posts.
There are plenty of examples of better forums around the internet
Just wish this forum had a more standard interface so it was more like what i'm used to.
