CloudKit Console Down?

I'm trying to access CloudKit Console and am currently receiving the following error: "XHR request failure"

Additionally, signing in directly to the console results in a Server not Found error in Safari.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is CloudKit Console down?

I unfortunately have the very same issue. Is it account related, or just a hiccup on the overall system?
