How to find if sim has a active cellular plan - pSim or eSim

We are designing a solution around sim swaps where we are asking user to check if they have active cellular plan associated with sim on the device. Instead of instructions to check from iPhone settings looking for any api's that could give this information to us.

We do have carrier entitlements.

In that case I recommend that you discuss this with the folks who gave you those entitlements.
