Hi and sorry for my first question
I want to factory reset the Apple TV 4K The Apple TV is "online" (Ping on IP address). When I try to pair it with "Paired Devices/Apple Configurator", nothing happens.
I don't have access to the Apple TV setting. After booting I only see " Connection Error" "Check your setting and try again" "ok" When I press "ok", there is only a background appearing. Nothing else. Only the Volume up and down are showing function. Pressing "Menu" and "Screen" on the remote for 6 seconds just restarts the Apple TV and brings the same error.
Any hints how I could reset it?
