I think that there is a mistake in the Wayfinder watch face for Apple Watch Ultra. Note that in my picture, longitude shows '-81.54327 W', but because W is used, longitude should be either 81.54327 W or just -81.54327.

In your bug report, you could also mention the screenshot in the online user guide is even more confused about latitude and longitude:

It's in degrees, minutes, seconds and not in decimal. I'll definitely add that in the bug report.

And it’s showing 122 degrees NORTH longitude. I know this watch is designed to go to the ends of the earth, but that’s ridiculous. :-)
Same issues in the Apple compass app. Those are rookie mistakes and I am surprised nobody caught this. I was also a bit mortified by the confusing UI workflow used to manage waypoints. Way too messy for a Watch app (would even be messy for an iPhone app but at least feasible).
