Hi Everyone, after scouring around all morning trying to find this number so I am able to connect to a Firebase App I am stuck, non of the 'go to membership on the left pane' works because there is no membership on the left pane. Does anyone know how to find this number as of October 2022?
I am coming to the conclusion you need the full Apple Developer program enrolment at £100 a year just to get this number, which makes learning developing a bit prohibitive as I am sure it is just adding this number to the Firebase App and my app will be connecting. All software (xcode, Firebase) are the most recent versions available.
Thanks as I did want to spend the morning making progress on my build but have spent it all trying to find this number.
If understand your post correctly:
-
You’re not a paid member of the Apple Developer Program.
-
So you’re using a Personal Team to sign your app.
If so, you’re correct that you can’t log into the Developer website to get your Team ID. But there are other ways to do this, for example:
-
In Signing and Capabilities, you’ll see a Signing Certificate field with a value
Apple Development: EEE (UUU), whereEEEis your Apple ID email address andUUUis a 10 character alphanumeric that is not your Team ID. -
Go to Keychain Access and find that certificate.
-
Double click it. The value in the Organization Unit field is your Team ID.
