QN95A + apple tv 2022 + homepod stereo couple

Hi, I have two hompods connected in pairs to a new 2022 apple TV 4k 128bg. When I enable "play TV audio eArc beta" this activates the eArc passtrought output on the samsung QN95A. TV audio is played on the two homepods and everything works fine. When I turn off the tv though and turn it on a few hours later, the apple tv and homepods stop playing tv audio inexplicably. For everything to work properly you need to re-pair by disabling and re-enabling the earc option on the apple TV. This is really frustrating. I want to emphasize that use an HDMI 2.1 certified cable and I have tried others due. Always with the same result. Samsung service support tell me that is a apple tv issue. I apologize for the language but I'm Italian and I speak little English. Do you have any solution to this issue? Thank you

yeah, I’m having the same issues. I’m using a Sony television, but I do get the same issues. I have the HomePod second generation, everything would work but until you turn off the television, it’ll just no longer play audio even though it’s connected what are you have to do is restart the television and occasionally have to restart the Apple TV the latest one. It’s getting really annoying that they can’t fix this issue yes, this is on HomePod stereo mode in earc
