This is my first post in site and I'm learning UIKit for now, but I can't create a project using UIKit and storyboard in menu.

Welcome to the forum.

I hope I understand correctly your question.

When creating a new project,

  • choose a template in the first dialog: iOS and App
  • in the second dialog box choose Storyboard and Swift
