Not ABle to find the Apple Computer folder on Windows when trying to copy apple device wifi logs

Hello All - I am trying to copy device Wi-Fi test logs from my iphone to my windows laptop. Logs are saved successfully on iphone but the location on the phone is not known. As per the instructions if i connect iphone into windows laptop and sync itunes there should be a folder created on my windows 10 laptop Apple computer and logs will be inside that. The folder is not created and also i have enabled all hidden folders and files. Any inputs on any resolution for this issue are welcome.

instructions in short as below

. On the iOS device, go to Settings > WiFi > Diagnostic Mode and tap Save Logs. 7. Plug the iOS device into the host computer. 8. Launch iTunes, and sync the iOS device. 9. Attach all of the files and folders in the “/[Your_iOS_Device_Name]/“ folder specified below.

Log Locations

macOS: Note: “~/Library/…” actually translates to: /Users/[Your User Name]/Library/… The “/Users/[Your User Name]/Library/…” folder is hidden by default in macOS. To expose the folder, hold the option key while clicking the Finder’s Go menu and the Library folder will appear in the menu.

Windows 8, 7, and Vista: C:\Users[Your_User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice
[Your_iOS_Device_Name]
