If the first column of NSOutlineView is set to hidden, drag row data to apply crash

After testing, NSOutLineView's outlineTableColumn property defaults to the first column, and when it is set to hidden, dragging data causes a crash. This is supposed to be a bug inside NSOutLineView. Hope apple engineers can help check it out
