I am fed up with you apple. Will you ever give us a solution for this error. Clearly your problem, not the drive. Issue started when I upgraded to Monterrey from Big Sur.
I literally backed up my OS before upgrading. All these error broke my SSD as it now no longer works on any computer. So, I went out and bought a brand new Samsung 8 70EVO 500GB:
Drive was unreadable but at least stable when plugged in out of the box. As soon as I reformatted the drive to APFS it started ejecting on it's own.
Will you ever give us a fix or do we all have to move to another OS? Windows is terrible but at least I can use an SSD...
