Our company's app has been using Location Services for years without much difficulty. Just recently, a large number of users (but less than 5%) have found that "Location" is no longer present in the app permissions via the Settings panel, and they're unable to use location-dependent features.
I don't think this is due to our code, because most users still have location services available. (My own settings / privacy & security / location services shows our app, and I'm on the same version as the complaining users.) iOS versions for these users vary from 16.1.1 to 16.4.1; I'm on 16.4.1 with no trouble.
Why would location services suddenly be totally unavailable? It definitely started with our latest release; could this be due to changes in XCode or the location services package?
