I have bought apple watch series 8 yesterday and I realized that it's haptic vibration does not work. Every settings seems to be right. I don't know what is the problem. I searched a lot on the web and tested almost every possible OS solutions but none of them helped me. May be a hardware problem? Could anyone help me to solve this problem?
Watch os version is 9.4(latest version at this time)

I experienced this issue, on a series 7 device running 9.3.X. The haptics would only fire when the app was in an active state even though I had an active workout session running. When the workout session was running and the app was in an inactive state, haptic events would fire very late compared to the time they were fired in code or the haptics would not fire at all.
Updating my watchOS to 9.4 seemed to resolve the issue for me.
