Apple Watch Series 3. Can’t get it to update or pair on any iPhone.

Anyone got a fix? I’ve tried multiple iPhones all are updated. I reset the watch multiple times and still stuck on the error

Unable to Check for Update Checking for a software update failed because you are not connected to the Internet.
