I would very much like to use the new storekit framework with StoreViews in my app, however, I'm not sure I"ll be able to submit my app if XCode is still in beta. Can anyone tell me if I can in fact submit an app made with the Xcode beta so I can use the new framework?
You cannot. You must use the publicly available versions of not just Xcode, but also of the MacOS. (Side note: I believe that beta RC candidates are the only exception to this.)
