Our inhouse app has allowed VPN, and it works fine for most users, however, some users come to this NEVPNErrorDomain Code=5 "permission denied" error and could never start the VPN connection. It happens on

  • iOS 17.1.2 + iPhone16,2
  • iOS 17.0.2 + iPhone16,2

Any clue? Thx.
