We are going to integrate fairplay as a company, but before we integrate, is there any agreement we should sign? Or any fee we should pay? Please give us some guideline.

You need to request a FairPlay deployment package via the link on this page : https://developer.apple.com/streaming/fps/
FPS is licesed under the Apple Developer Program. <https://developer.apple.com/programs/>
You need to be part of the paid [Apple Developer Program}(https://developer.apple.com/programs/) to be able to request FPS credentials.
To request the credentials, the Agent for your Apple Developer Program account would need to follow the information outlined in the

When I click https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/Which type should I choose? Enrolling as an Individual or Enrolling as an Organization? As I want to repesent my company to enroll this apple ID to join Apple Developer Program.
Apple says this about that...
"To have your company name appear as the seller, your company must be recognized as a legal entity and you must be enrolled as an organization. If you are a sole proprietor/single person business, you must join as an individual and your legal name will appear as the seller. If you have enrolled as an individual and need to convert your individual account to an organization account, please contact us."
