Unable to send emails to users who opt to "Hide my Email" when using Sign in with Apple

We are trying to integrate "Sign in with Apple" and are facing an issue where all users who chose to use Apple's private relay with the hide my email feature are unable to receive any mail sent by us.

We have added our domain, mail from domain & email address to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/services/configure and also verified the SPF. We also have DKIM setup.

We use SES as our email provider and have added its SPF as recommended aswell.

I have attached a sample delivery log from SES below.

@DTS Engineer I have the exact same problem. What information do you need to help troubleshoot? That link you pasted above goes to a page not found.

We recently started sending emails via mailing.oaklandplace.com.gt, but we’re encountering issues when targeting Private Relay users. Even though the domain has been added to the allowlist (SPF verified and DKIM setup confrimted) in our Developer account, we’re still receiving bounce messages: "Sender address rejected: Domain not found."

We are using Bloomreach to store users emails in the CRM and OKTA to create the account with the option for users to use social login with Apple. The users do receive a confirmation email @privaterelay.appleid.com when they first create the account, but when we send a new marketing email from mailing.oaklandplace.com.gt, it never goes through.

Could you please advise if there are any settings or steps we might have missed?
