How do I delete my clash of clans on my gamecenter account?

I recently got a new phone and wanted to transfer my clash of clans account to my new phone, but I never connected my old account to the Game Center, so when I started the app on my new phone, it made the new account the Game Center account. I have to send my old phone back, but I would like to make that clan village the village on my new phone.
