Where did you install Xcode from ? Which version of MacOS ?

Is it AppStore ?

That is a beta version of Xcode 16.2. The final release version is build 16C5032a, as currently listed on the Downloads page. Please update to the released version.

I have a similar error with Xcode build 16C5032a. Download fails for iOS Simulator 18.0/18.1/18.2/18.3.1, while it is successful for 17.x

@Elensson, could we get a bug report with an Xcode sysdiagnose attached? It's interesting that you're able to get the iOS 17 simulators, but not the iOS 18 simulators, by downloading in Xcode. After filing the report, please post the FB number here.

install it by "xcodebuild -importPlatform ~/Downloads/iOS_18.2_Simulator_Runtime.dmg ".

Did that succeed for you?

Although there is a note that "future simulator runtimes will no longer be available on this website" and 18.3.1 is already unavailable.

There was never a simulator runtime for iOS 18.3. There's the iOS 18.4 simulator (currently in beta alongside Xcode 16.3 beta), and the iOS 18.2 simulator runtime.
