can i get transferid by /auth/usermigrationinfo api before transfered app?

Hypothesis 1: If the sub and email obtained when the user authorizes are bound to the team ID of the app, then the account registered by the user after 60 days will not be able to be migrated. If this is the case, do we have any solution in the future, or do we need to force users to upgrade the app?

Hypothesis 2: If the sub and email obtained when the user authorizes are bound to the team ID to which the app currently belongs, then when the APP transfer is started, the sub and email obtained when the user logs in will become new. If the account migration from the sub is not ready at this time, the user will be judged as a new user. If this is the case, do we have any way to identify whether the current user is a truly unregistered user or a user who needs to be migrated?
