Disk utility - resize partitions

HI all,

I want to resize one partition of the ssd. Actual I've the following situation:

1. 400GB HFS+

2. 100GB HFS+


I want to delete the 2nd one and combine this one with the primary one. The disk utility can't help..


Any suggestions?

Why?

I mean I'm actually testing on a OS X 10.11 (15A204h).


Do you really think that is a "public problem"?
