If you are seeing mail sent to that address returned as "undeliverable' please share the full contents of the return email including the headers.
We have tested this address from external emails ourselves and have not been encountering any issues.
Perhaps a configuration problem with your email provider could be causing this. Have you tried contacting this address from a different email address/provider?

The Indoor map team has a backlog at the moment and the team is working to clear that.
