I have an app that is pending developer release, it's been approved for a few days now. Before submitting the app I tested the Game Center leaderboards on a sandbox account and everything was working correctly. After the app was approved I installed the app via the app store with a promo code on 2 of my devices iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2, which both use the same Apple ID as my developer account. Now on these devices the leaderboard works, my scores are posting instantly and show up on the leaderboard. I have given promo codes out to some other people but no one elses scores are posting to the leaderboard. I tried contacting developer support via phone and they said it looks like I have everything set up correctly and Game Center is enabled for the current build for the store, but the leaderboard status was set set as "NOT LIVE". I asked support when the status changes to 'LIVE", if it's when the app is officially released, or when is gets approved, and she couldn't give me an answer, nor could she give me an answer to why leaderboards work on my devices signed in with my Apple ID that is used for my developer account but no one else that has a promo code can post scores to the leaderboard. Thought I would post here to see if anyone had a similar experience or have a possible fix. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Problem with GC Leaderboards
I'm not 100% certain on this, but I believe the Live leaderboards will go Live shortly after the app is released. Kinda like how in-app purchases don't actually work for the first couple of hours after an app goes live on the store - it takes a little longer for some of the accessory things to follow.

Thanks for the reply Brian, I'm just a bit confused on this whole thing. With the last 2 apps I released the leaderboards and IAP were working fine for users that received the game via promo code before the game was released when it was in pending developer release status. I read around on a few forums that some people report IAP not working for 24-48hrs after approval or release. The leaderboard thing is weird though because even though the status is listed not live, it updates scores on the leaderboard for any device I have signed in with my own Apple ID(which is the same as my developer account) but no other people with promo codes are having their scores updated.
